On August 8, 2019, the Department board approved the proposal to amend Regulation 61-43 and publish the proposed changes in the August State Register. On the afternoon September 19, 2019, from 1:30-3:00 pm, DHEC will host a public meeting to discuss the current regulations and accept comments on issues to proposed revisions.
