COVID-19 Screening & Testing Sites

Before you leave the testing site, confirm with testing staff how you will receive your results.

In May 2020, DHEC announced a statewide testing strategy to gain a better understanding of the prevalence of COVID-19 among all South Carolinians. Expansive testing helps us to quickly identify hot spots, catch outbreaks before they spread, and indicate where resources are most needed. Learn more about the South Carolina Statewide Testing Plan for COVID-19 here.

The list below is intended to help provide information about the known locations of various COVID-19 test sampling sites and does not constitute endorsement by DHEC. There may be additional sites that offer test sampling that are not included. The status of listed sites is subject to change (may no longer perform COVID-19 testing services).

Interested in organizing a COVID-19 testing event? Learn about planning a community testing event here. Please email Acc-Testing@dhec.sc.gov for more information, or to request a change to a current event or testing site.

Richland and Clarendon county residents can dial 911 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays to be connected to a non-emergency Community Paramedic service that will assist individuals in getting tested for COVID-19. For medical emergencies, dial 911 any time.
