COLUMBIA, S.C. - The South Carolina Board of Health and Environmental Control will meet via conference call Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015, at 4:30 p.m.

The Board Room #3420, 2600 Bull St., Columbia, S.C. will be open for those wishing to listen to the proceedings.
