DHEC's Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management has scheduled a public hearing regarding an individual critical area permit application submitted by Bay Light LLC. The public hearing will be held virtually Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM using an online platform to provide interested persons the opportunity to participate remotely. Anyone who plans to participate in the public hearing should complete the registration form prior to March 2, 2022. The meeting will open at 5:30PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
