This is a reminder that should a facility licensed by Healthcare Quality experience a loss of an essential service such as cooling, potable water or electrical power, the facility must notify the Department immediately after ensuring the safety of the residents, patients or clients. Failure to notify Healthcare Quality promptly may result in sanctions from the Department.
