   Issuance of a critical area permit and coastal zone consistency certification for the construction of a 4’ x 707’ walkway leading to a 15’ x 15’ fixed pierhead, a 3’ x 20’ ramp will provide access to an 8’ x 20’ floating dock, and a 12.5 x 12.5’ boatlift will be constructed landward of the pierhead on and adjacent to Charleston Harbor at 101 Mary Street, Mount Pleasant, Charleston County, Permit OCRM01823
2. Docket No. 21-RFR-04, Maria’s Priority Care Residential Homes I – CRC-0937 Issuance of Notice of Violation and Civil Penalty for violation of Public Health Order No. COVID-19-5 by failing to submit a weekly report by the 5:00 PM deadline of Monday, January 11, 2021
