DHEC’s Bureau of Water will hold a virtual public hearing/teleconference on October 14, 2021, at 6:30 PM to receive oral comments and supporting information on the application for a 401 Water Quality Certification for the proposed River Neck to Kingsburg 16-inch Gas Main in Florence County. Interested persons can participate remotely using a phone or computer. There will be no questions and answers during the public hearing. Anyone who plans to join the virtual public hearing/teleconference should complete the registration form.  

During the public hearing, DHEC staff will provide a brief summary of the proposed project and accept verbal comments to be considered prior to making a final certification decision.
