DHEC is hosting a community meeting for anyone interested in the construction permit application submitted by Fairfield County Wood Chipping Facility for a proposed Air Burner Incinerator with Air Curtain Control System to be located at 5679 Old Airport Road Winnsboro, SC 29180 Fairfield County.

Staff from DHEC’s air quality program will provide an overview of the permit application review process as well as listen to and address questions from attendees.
