The State of South Carolina receives PHHSBG funds from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), under authorization of Part A, Title XIX, Public Health Act, as amended. The grant funds activities in the areas of health promotion and sexual assault prevention.
