The purpose of this meeting will be to present to stakeholders and the general public DHEC's current assessment of groundwater conditions and use, as well as, recommendations for the following six county area: Chesterfield, Clarendon, Kershaw, Lee, Richland, and Sumter counties, collectively referred to as the proposed Santee-Lynches Capacity Use Area.
