2. How do we handle duplicate patients in SIMON?
Review the video on duplicate patients.
3. Should we submit a SIMON Help Request when we have completed our recertification?
No, that is an unnecessary step now.
4. Why is my inventory not auto-decrementing?
Auto-decrementing is NOT turned on at this time for any site. It will be turned on in early 2021.
