Hazardous Air Pollutants: Reporting Standards for Major and Area Sources

Guidance on Electronic Reporting through CEDRI

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires for some NESHAP/MACT regulations to submit reports and notifications electronically through the Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI) system. In the interest of reducing the submission of duplicate NESHAP/MACT reports and notifications by facilities to the EPA and to DHEC, the Department is accepting the electronic submission of some reports and notifications through the CEDRI system. For guidance on the specific NESHAP/MACT rules and which notifications and reports will be accepted electronically through CEDRI please see the the guidance titled Electronic Reporting Guidance for National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) Reporting Through the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI).
