The portal allows you to:

  • View upcoming scheduled appointments
  • Access immunization history
  • Review test results as well as other documentation related to your visit at any health department in South Carolina

How do I get a username and password for DHEC’s HealtheLife Client Portal?

You will receive an invitation via email to register for the portal following your first visit once your health department is utilizing the electronic health record. At that time, you will set up your username and password.

Is there a cost to use DHEC’s HealtheLife Client Portal?

There is no charge for clients to use the portal.

How old do I have to be to use DHEC’s HealtheLife Client Portal?

You must be 13 years or older to have your own account on the portal.

Why are my prior visits not available on DHEC’s HealtheLife Client Portal?

Only visits that occur once your health department begins using the EHR will be available to be seen in DHEC's HealtheLife Client Portal.

How long will it be before my records are available on DHEC’s HealtheLife Client Portal?

Availability varies based on services provided. While some information may be available immediately following your visit, test results are typically available 7 days after your appointment. You will receive an email once your results are available.
