The DHEC HealtheLife Client Portal is a web-based application that allows clients to access their records online, such as immunizations, test results, and upcoming appointments.

Request access during your next health department visit once your county is utilizing the electronic health record. You’ll receive your invitation by email to set up your username and password to access your health records.
