Translation and Interpreter Services
DHEC has translation and interpreter services available for applicants and recipients of covered DHEC services and members of the public for public hearings. If you speak a language other than English or need alternate means of communication, such as sign language or large print, please notify the staff at your local health department, a representative from the program you are seeking services from, or the contact person listed on the Agency's Public Notice. If there are any problems in obtaining the requested services, please notify the Bureau of Community Health Services at (803) 429-5401.

You can also submit a written copy of your complaint to any employee at your local DHEC office.
