In accordance with the Clean Water Act and S.C. Regulation 61-9, the Department is initiating a public comment period for the NPDES Stormwater Permits listed below.

Written comments may be submitted to the individual listed on the notice no later than 5:00 pm on the closing date for the public comment period specified for each permit listed below.

Upon review of public comments and revision of the permit, if necessary, the Department will issue a final permit, at which time additional notice will be provided.
