- Training resources are projected to be available winter 2020.
- Before the system goes live statewide, training resources will be available, which will include:
- Short, topic-based on demand videos
- Step-by-step guides
- Exercises to allow hands on interaction with the system
- Competency post tests
- Live “ASK SIMON” webinars that are topic-based and available during the lunch hour.
- Regional SIMON demonstrations at various locations throughout the state
- After SIMON is operational, SC DHEC staff will be available to help the user navigate the system along with the resources mentioned above.
